Deploying Java on Kubernetes in the Cloud

In previous chapters, we have managed to run the Kubernetes cluster locally. Using minikube is a great way to learn Kubernetes and experiment on your own machine. The minikube powered cluster behaves exactly the same as the normal cluster that runs on the server. However, if you decide to run your clustered software in a production, the cloud is one of the best solutions. In this chapter, we will briefly cover the advantages of using cloud environments in the context of microservices running on Docker.
