If you have a core team you work with all the time, you may oversee their performance reviews. On the team level, it is important to keep an eye on how they are performing as a team. We know they will go through the steps of forming to performing and we know that we must motivate, reward, recognize, train, mentor, and coach, but how is all of that going? Are your strategies working? Is your team responding?
