Which standard fields to remove and why
When accessing your Zoho CRM for the first time, all the modules are enabled and within each module all the standard fields are visible. Your Home page will resemble the one displayed as follows:
A standard field in Zoho in this context is defined as a field that is already present when we first access the system. Some of these fields record key data we need to capture, and others are needed as they link to other modules and functionality. However, there are several standard fields that may not be used by our teams and it is best practice to remove these fields so that the focus is on the ones that we do need.
