UiPath Self Service support catalog
There is a recent trend of providing end users with features to get their requests addressed with self-service capabilities in the software application support domain. These new capabilities will not only improve customer experience but also reduce the time it takes for the support team to do the tasks. In ABC Insurance Corporation, a similar self-service catalog was hosted in an ITSM system, ServiceNow, where UiPath platform users and customers can get access to many of the support and monitoring services available on the ServiceNow site:
