Summary
This chapter is a great opportunity to improve our internal processes and provide great customer service without bankrupting the company. After we explore the data with basic statistical methods, we should experiment with more predictive and complex analyses that can make our processes more effective.
Our ability to use such methods depends on the people that execute our internal processes. We need talented people to continually innovate how we analyze use data. As such, we will dedicate the next chapter to our human resources perspective.
