Enabling service assets in Experience Cloud
Your ability to quickly enable service assets is going to be directly related to the template selection you made earlier in this book. Remember back in Chapter 5, Understanding Experience Cloud Templates, when we gave you all the trade-offs of the templates? Well, if you selected the Customer Service or Help Center templates, you are going to be in a much better position than if you selected the Build Your Own template. There is nothing wrong with Build Your Own, but it will take a little longer to enable Service Cloud assets against it. For the purposes of this chapter, we will go through a few scenarios based on service template selections.
