Importing banking transactions automatically

There are several benefits to importing your banking transactions automatically. First, you will save a ton of time because you won't have to enter transactions manually. Second, QuickBooks will be updated on a daily basis with the most recent banking activity on your account. And finally, it will be a breeze to reconcile your bank account on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Go through the following five steps to import banking transactions automatically into QuickBooks Online:

1. Select Banking from the left menu bar on the home page, as shown in the following screenshot:

2. If you have never connected a bank/credit card account, you will get the following screen.  Click on the Connect account button, as shown in the following screenshot:
