The preceding scenario may have provided an overview of how business process flows and business processes work and how they can be helpful for automations in Dynamics CRM. You learned how to use Business Process Flows to execute logical processes or steps in your business process. In addition, we looked through how business rules can easily define and set the rules for validating data, setting visibility, and disabling fields. You may also have noted that they are very simple to create without coding.
In the next chapter, we will be covering some features that we have not covered so far, in the previous chapters of this book. We will look at different features such as customer field type, solution improvements, feedback and rating functionality, and also the Relevance Search functionality.
