Software deployment and delivery
Deployment is the stage where software is delivered and launched for use, but it’s a little more complicated than that! Complex software, such as Coder Bank, will need additional details put in place to provide a positive experience for its users as well as a plan in case things go wrong.
Ava, the lead engineer, has been placed in charge of the deployment process and she has confirmed with the QA team that all security issues and major bugs have been resolved. She’s also checked in with the project managers to make sure that all the requirements have been met. Things seem to be looking good so far, but she realizes that the documentation for the mobile application is missing information on how to update customer information. She checks with the documentation engineers, who are able to finish updating it by the next day. Now, things seem to be in place finally.
