First, you reviewed badges. Badges are one of the most popular game design elements used in eLearning. They are a visual representation of a learner’s achievements and merits. Adobe Learning Manager comes with a handful of predefined badges, but it is very easy to add your own to the system. You can then link these badges to skills, courses, learning paths, and certifications so that learners are awarded the corresponding badge when they complete the training.
The gamification feature allows learners to get points when they interact with the content available on your ALM account. These points are visible on the Leaderboard page of the learner role, where learners can review their own score and see how they compare with their colleagues.
