Deploying Teams client apps

While the Teams client does have a click-to-run web application that is offered to users when they browse to the Teams web interface, some organizations may wish to manage the deployment centrally. Additionally, there may be instances where organizations wish to deploy the Teams desktop client to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments for shared usage. For those types of business and technical requirements, Microsoft has made Teams available in a standard Windows Installer package.
