Getting started with one-off campaigns

In this section, you will learn how to create what Zoho refers to as a Regular Campaign. At the end of this section, you will know the basic controls and functions well enough to send an email to one of your mailing lists.

We may begin this process as follows:

  1. From the main menu in Campaigns, click Campaigns |Regular Campaign | Create Campaign.
  2. You will now be presented with the following screen that contains a sequence of steps that need to be carried out to create your campaign email:

  3. Click on the edit icon (the pencil) next to Untitled Campaign at the top of this screen.
  4. Now give your campaign a suitable name – which is for internal use only and will not be seen by our contacts (prospects). If we have a simple yet structured and logical way of naming our campaigns, mailing lists, syncs, and custom views (in Zoho CRM), then it is much easier to manage. So, following...
