Learning the Client’s Business
A successful project is always about knowing what the client needs. Many times, clients are unaware of what it is that they need versus what they want. It’s the job of the SA to work with the client to understand their needs and then create a solution based on that point of view.
In this chapter, we will look at how to create the solution blueprint for a project. We will also take as an example the project of a manufacturing company to see how to acquire requirements. In this chapter, we’ll look at the following:
