Ways to fix integration issues

Everyone you talk to on a project thinks they have the solution to solving integration issues. As we saw earlier in this chapter, one of several things can cause things to go a bit sideways. That doesn’t mean it will be difficult to bring the project back on track. If you plan things properly, you can help to keep yourself out of situations where errors show up. As you’ll see shortly, planning is the most important part of a project when it comes to implementing integrations.

One thing that I’ve seen happen repeatedly is a misunderstanding of integrations in the sales cycle.
