Using AI Companion in email
Zoom integrates email into both Microsoft and Gmail. Users can seamlessly read, reply, and forward emails from within the Zoom client, as you learned in Chapter 1. Now, you can harness the power of AI Companion with either Microsoft or Gmail. Composing emails with AI Companion can save you time and make you more productive. No longer do you have to create an email from scratch – you can have AI Companion do this for you. What about having to type a reply to emails? You can also have AI Companion do this, giving you more time to focus on important tasks, not mundane ones.
How to do it…
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Zoom portal.
- Go to Account Management, choose Account Settings, and then click on the AI Companion tab. Finally, click on the Mail & Calendar section:
