Inserting graphs or diagrams created in Excel
We love the diagrams that Prezi offers in the Multi-Frame category. However, inserting large amounts of data into them will of course be time-consuming. So if you already have your material organized in a spreadsheet program such as Excel, we suggest that you use this program to create your graphs and diagrams.
Most modern spreadsheet programs handle large amounts of data easily, and offer a huge variety of designs and looks for your data.
All you have to do is save your material as a PDF and then insert it in the Prezi canvas.
Getting ready
Now, perform the following steps:
- Open an Excel file and create a table or graph.
- Select your table or graph.
- Save the file as a PDF.
- Open your prezi.
- Zoom in on the section of the canvas into which you want to insert the data.
How to do it…
