RDSH improvements

The following features have been added to the RDSH feature of Horizon View for delivering published apps and desktops:

The ability to configure the load balancing of desktop and app sessions using a graphical user interface instead of the manual scripted approach of previous versions
Published apps and desktop support for configuring client restrictions for OUs
