Scenario demonstrating use of virtual entities

John is an employee of Contoso Corporation, which is based in New York State. He is in charge of maintaining the accuracy of company records. He notices that, while entering ZIP codes for accounts based in New York State, employees make mistakes that compromise the integrity and accuracy of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. He wants to create a custom entity for ZIP codes, and use this for reference in accounts as well. But this approach will require the employees to input a huge amount of data, and data entry errors are bound to happen there, too. John wants to use an external data source for ZIP codes provided by the New York State Department directly to CRM, so that there are no typing errors. He also wants an entity with records for conversion of currency from the US dollar to other major currencies.
