Conducting UAT

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is conducted once the testing team confirms the system is bug-free. Testers are technical resources and they validate the new system based on the requirement's specification document. They interpret the requirements according to their knowledge about Dynamics 365 CE. But in UAT, the user conducts testing to make sure the system works based on their requirements. The outcome of the UAT is user acceptance sign-off for the Dynamics 365 CE solution developed. In UAT, end-to-end business processes are tested to make sure the system is based on customer expectations. UAT is performed basically using key users who know the system very well and use the system to perform their day-to-day activities.
