One of the things that FinOps practitioners need to grasp before delving deeper into the practice is how it integrates with other common methodologies and frameworks that are used in most organizations. FinOps + Agile methodologies
As we already explained, for us (the authors), FinOps is an iterative exercise. We must begin by applying lowest hanging fruit strategies to generate value as soon as possible, and then iterate to get to more complex work, with higher maturity requirements and initiatives.
