In this chapter, you learned how to move data and elements between tenants and sites using Moodle Workplace's powerful migration tool.

First, we covered the fundamental concepts of the migration tool. This provided you with an overview of the 12 available import and export migrations. We then outlined a typical migration workflow.

Next, we dealt with the migration tool itself and covered exporting and importing data in great detail. We also had a closer look at the versatile command-line interface, which can be used to automate processes at the system level.
