In this chapter, we checked all the automation features that are available in Salesforce. You now know the benefits of automating steps in a phased manner to add real value to your business users. We saw the benefit of creating and communicating an automation roadmap and finally concluded with a few tips and tricks.
With this, we conclude Part 1 of the book, and you can understand what functional requirements are and how process flow ties into functional requirements.
