Summary
We are now at the end of this chapter after going through so many foundational elements of SAP BTP. So, let’s go back to the beginning and fast forward for a summary.
First, we learned which environments you could have in SAP BTP and in which regions SAP BTP was available. Next, we discussed different options to buy SAP BTP and how they compared. Then, it was time to see how SAP BTP components were structured in its account model, and we discussed how to set up your own account model based on an example. In the subsequent section, we had a good overview of what a service meant and also learned about SAP Discovery Center. Finally, in the last section, we briefly discussed the administration tools you could use to manage SAP BTP.
Now that we have laid out the essential foundational elements, we will go more technical in the next chapter and discuss two fundamental aspects you need to consider in your technical designs: security and connectivity.
