Xinyu Liu had his graduate educations at the George Washington University. As a Sun Microsystems certified enterprise architect, he has intensive application design and development experience on JavaEE, JavaSE, and JavaME platforms.

During his years of service, new application design and implementation methodologies and strategies were established under his effort. Steve has been working in IT for over 15 years and has provided solutions for many large-enterprise corporations worldwide including IBM, Lloyds Banking Group, BSkyB, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the middleware and Internet technology space.
