Chapter 5. Managing Domains, Organizational Units, Sites, and Subnets
We have discussed about managing various Active Directory objects (such as users, computers, groups, and so on.) using PowerShell in previous chapters. Active Directory administration will not end with managing just users and computers. As an Active Directory administrator, one needs to manage several core components of Active Directory such as domains, trusts, sites, subnets, Organizational Units, and so on.
In this chapter, we will focus on the following:
- Querying forest and domain details
- Managing Organizational Units
- Working with sites and subnets
