The Contents of the Intermediate Database

The contents of the intermediate database are simple. They are derived from reading and interpreting the spreadsheets that have been paired.

The elements of data that are found in the intermediate database include:

• • The spreadsheet system name (in order to specifically identify the spreadsheet that was the source of the processing)
• • The row identifier
• • The column name
• • The value lifted from the spreadsheet
• • The date processed
