There is lots you can do to protect your PrestaShop site. But there is always a way in which a determined attacker can find a flaw with your security. Do everything you can; in fact, I suggest you read up further on general web security. A good starting point is an excellent article I found via the PrestaShop forums. Here it is:

But remember, you are never totally secure. Always have a very recent backup that is ready for use.
