Use cases for UI flows

UI flows automate repetitive tasks and there are many scenarios that UI flows can be employed in. Some of the uses for RPA are as follows:

  • Invoice processing: Processing invoices includes many repetitive tasks, which, if performed incorrectly, cause incorrect payments. There are many challenges with invoice processing that require human intervention. For instance, invoices need to be validated against the details on purchase orders and thus data in systems needs to be looked up and verified. UI flows can process invoices, automatically performing validation checks, reducing the need for human intervention.
  • Email processing: Many customer service centers process a high volume of incoming emails. UI flows can automate much of the initial sifting and routing of emails to the correct part of the organization, reducing the handling time and improving the speed of response to customers.
