Using Dashboards to track processes with KPIs

For example, any sized company can create standardized statuses within their workspace and label specific task statuses as healthy and unhealthy. From there, the company can easily track the health of the organization with statuses and dashboard metrics, increasing personal productivity and team efficiency. For additional productivity, include dashboard KPIs in the process of team meetings, especially when tracking project health.
