Adding No Results and Footer to Available Property Listings

"Okay, Jackson, let's apply what we've learned to the Available Property Listing views we've already built. So, we'll start with a no results message." Clicking on Add next to NO RESULTS BEHAVIOR, Lynn selected Text Area Global, her go-to display for headers, footers, and no results, and kept the default All Displays. Clicking on Apply (all displays), she entered her no results message, adding a sad face image she had uploaded earlier, and the message looked like this:

Clicking on Apply (all displays), Lynn said "This was straightforward, so let's add the standard disclaimer to these same views."

Clicking on Add next to FOOTER, Lynn selected Text Area Global, kept the default All Displays, and clicked on Apply (all displays); she then entered the disclaimer that her attorney insisted she display with property listings. The footer message setting looked similar to this:
