Azure Active Directory
Azure Active Directory is Microsoft's identity and access management solution and is required for cloud security and managing user accounts. Your company's Active Directory and human resources rolls can be added to a secure version of Azure Active Directory. This Active Directory access management tool will manage your access to the Microsoft 365 app suite. This is great for hybrid configurations because although your SharePoint 2019 environment is on-premises, you can still leverage the newly updated reporting services and applications that are available in the cloud.
