Continuous training
Adding the organizational diversity that your company needs means that in the future, your cybersecurity needs will be tailored to meet a variety of challenges. The exact processes you'll need will be dictated by your organization's particular inner workings, business model, or what they do on a day-to-day basis; but the one thing you must keep in mind is that without a process to effectively deliver ongoing training to a diverse company, your training will become stale, routine, and ultimately ineffective.
Taking into account that your organization has both a proactive and reactive security posture, we know that what worked yesterday cannot be counted on to work tomorrow. We must put processes in place to regularly update our proactive posture against modern threats, and test our reactive capacity to limit harm from new technologies.
