Automation tools available in Salesforce
Automation does not mean we need to use fancy tools; if we can reduce steps in any process by any way or means, that can qualify as automation (or partial automation). Say you can enable users to capture data on one screen rather than do it on multiple tabs with multiple clicks – this is automation. A good example is the Salesforce Console.
Let us see which automation features and tools we have in Salesforce. The chapters from Part 2 entirely focus on Salesforce flows, but before we get there, I would like to show you all the great features and functions we can use to automate our functional requirements in Salesforce.
