Summary
In this chapter, we learned about the top three tools provided by AWS to deploy and manage Windows container clusters. We started by learning what eksctl is and how easy it made to deploy a heterogeneous Amazon EKS cluster; then, we learned about A2C, and its incredible capability to fully containerize Windows applications without any code change. Finally, we learned how AWS Copilot abstracts network and cluster components from developers and lets them focus on what really matters: the code.
Well, that is it, my dear readers! For me, it is bittersweet, a mix of sadness and happiness. Sadness because our journey ended, and happiness because I could share my lessons learned about Windows containers with you!
I have spent months and uncountable hours awake in bed thinking about how I would write each chapter so that I would be straight to the point and avoid elements that wouldn’t benefit the context.
I hope you enjoyed this book and learned something from it....
