The production support team

Every IT project needs post-implementation support. It is inevitable to not have a team, and RPA projects are no different. RPA projects also follow some of the same norms as other IT projects when it comes to supporting needs. Let’s see how a support team is structured and how it plays an integral role in maintaining and managing the RPA bots.
