Conventions used
There are a number of text conventions used throughout this book.
Code in text
: This indicates code words in text, database table names, folder names, filenames, file extensions, pathnames, dummy URLs, user input, and Twitter handles. Here is an example: "To analyze the function in visual mode or a more visual presentation, we can use the visual mode, using the VV
command."
A block of code is set as follows:
-(void)loginInAppUsing :(NSString*) userName and : (NSString*) password{ NSString* str1 = userName; NSString* str2 = password;
Any command-line input or output is written as follows:
# ./ghidraRun
Bold: This indicates a new term, an important word, or words that you see onscreen – for example, words in menus or dialog boxes appear in the text like this. Here is an example: "This will open the Ghidra project window. We can choose the Tools | CodeBrowser option to open the code browser utility."
