Summary

In this chapter, you were introduced to canvas apps, how they are created, how the Canvas Studio is used, and details around some of the controls used to build the apps. You should now understand how to create and deploy canvas apps, and why you should use the CDS as the data source for your apps.

In the next chapter, we will introduce portal apps and how to build them, and in doing so we will compare them with canvas apps.
