Devices play an important role during the entire UX with Microsoft 365 because services can be accessed from several clients, such as web, desktop, and mobile devices. Administrators should plan for which devices users will be allowed to access Microsoft 365 services from, if devices will be managed or not, and which protection controls are available in those devices, such as Windows 10 security features.
