Going from a wireframe to a full design
A wireframe design is made up of placeholder elements, so it is a placeholder itself. It is only a blueprint of the final version but lacks detail. This is what you will work on in this part of the project.
Normally, when you want to turn a wireframe into a full-fledged design, you need to make a series of design decisions. If you have no company style guide to follow, your task is to build the whole visual style. You need to decide about fonts and colors to use, as well as designing a logo, icons, or even illustrations.
Gathering your existing assets
This seems like a long list, but the good news is, if you followed the previous chapters, and created the projects in this book so far, you already have most of the visual elements for the website!
If you completed most or all of the projects so far, you just need to gather those files. If you have not finished the previous projects yet, maybe it’s time to create those elements...
