Introduction to HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

I call these the triumvirate of web development. They constitute the most basic skills you can learn as you progress toward becoming a full stack web developer. The term full stack, when referencing a full stack developer, just means you are skilled at developing the frontend portion of the application, along with the backend and the database. The next six chapters are devoted to full stack web development with PyCharm.

Strictly speaking, only one of the three languages we’ll be covering here is a programming language. Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is used to create the structure and layout of a web page or application UI.
