Chapter 19: Reporting in Teams
IT admins regularly rely on reporting and analytics to gain insights into end users' experience with online services. This is critical to operations in any environment of any size because reporting and analytics can help paint a picture of how deployments are going, as well as how much of a service is being accessed, consumed, or otherwise engaged with in any way – or not at all. For Microsoft 365, different reports are available for different services. For example, mail flow-related reports are available in the Exchange Admin Center.
