Bridging the skills gap

This might not seem like a big problem, but as the organization's output increases, the efficiency grows, and the organization starts to be recognized as one that can deliver quality products quickly (and it will), then growth and expansion may well become a high priority—this, I think you'll agree, is a good problem to have. You now need to find individuals who will work in the new way and exhibit the behaviors that everyone has worked so hard to instill and embed throughout the organization.
