Goal setting with data
If you and your team are being pulled in so many different directions that you don’t know your goals or how to reach them, it’s time to take a step back. Review your product strategy and ensure that your goals are realistic, measurable, and in line with the product vision. To make sure you’re setting the right goals, you can use one of the following frameworks for goal-setting.
SMART framework
The setting specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goal-setting framework is defined as follows:
- Specific: Specify clearly what you intend to do, who is in charge of it, and what activities must be completed. Please be as specific as possible.
