Adoption tracking
Adoption metrics are measurements that show how much customers use or adopt a product or service. In the context of APIs, adoption metrics can help a company understand how its API is being used and how effective it is at meeting the needs of customers.
The following screenshot shows the two key adoption metrics that are important to track for business stakeholders:

By keeping track of adoption metrics on a regular basis, an API company can see how its API is used and how well it works. This lets the company make smart decisions to drive growth and improve the product.
