Summary

In this chapter, we learnt a debugging method using a combination of PXE boot and the NFS root filesystem. This is a common practice in the embedded Linux development world. We try to use a similar setup for Android system development. As we can see, this setup can make the development and debugging process more efficient. We can use this setup to remove the bootloader dependency. We can also reduce the time to flash or provision build images to the device.
