Section 3: Inserting Information and Links into Your Notebooks
Microsoft OneNote is a program like no other. It can house so much information. There is almost no limit to what you can store in your OneNote notebooks. Just as your paper notebook can get full with a lot of extra pages clipped in or sticky notes sticking out of it, so too can your OneNote notebook. A big difference with OneNote, though, is it will not look messy.
In this section, we'll learn how to do math, easily create shapes, and add media to our notebook pages. We'll discover the built-in highlighter pens and the camera, which you can use to add a picture to a page.
We'll also learn how to cross-reference any information from any notebook with the help of links. You'll also find out how to attach or link documents in your notebooks.
We'll then see how easily you can send an email or appointment from Outlook to OneNote.
