Understanding user needs analysis

Let’s review the basics of needs analysis. The needs analysis helps us identify, evaluate, and prioritize the user’s requirements and needs. We want to understand the users’ outcomes and ensure we meet the challenges they will see. The product manager typically leads this product definition, but an interdisciplinary team with a designer and researcher helps improve the outcome.

We want to accomplish something significant by introducing ChatGPT into our company’s resource bag. Let’s ensure we know how this will solve real problems for the right customers and at the right time during their user journey.
