Support policy
UiPath Support policy should be documented, approved, and shared by the RPA CoE leadership team. Policies are rules that must be enforced to provide UiPath Support in the most transparent way possible without any bias and help with standardization and audits.
The support policy document defines the procedures, roles, and responsibilities required to support UiPath processes running in the production environment. It covers various aspects tending toward the roles, responsibilities, processes, and tools that are needed for the following activities:
