Presenting whiteboards
In the previous recipe, you learned how to present content such as your desktop during a Zoom meeting. This applies to whiteboards as well. You have multiple options to present a whiteboard to your attendees. You can present the content of a new whiteboard or a previously created one. You can also present a new or existing whiteboard in collaboration mode, allowing all meeting attendees to brainstorm and create content on the whiteboard simultaneously.
Method 1 – from the Basic tab
How to do it...
- Start a new Zoom meeting or join an existing one.
- Navigate to the Share Screen icon.
- You will be presented with the Basic tab screen with items to share. Choose Whiteboard.
