Asking yourself the hard question

It’s now time to reflect and ask yourself the hard question, “Do I like this job?”

This will be a question that you probably would have been contemplating each day of these first 90 days. No doubt, there are going to be things that you are concerned about, and other items that have been a pleasant surprise. However, it is likely that the job is very clear, and all its intricacies that were never shared during the interview process will now be somewhat clearer.

It is not a question at this point whether you’re going to stay or not. Honestly, I’ve never personally been in a situation that looked so poor that I wanted to exit early. I should add that to quit a role at such an early stage would suggest that you rushed into getting an interview, and you really didn’t know what you were getting into.
